Tips to prevent your car from getting stuck.

Whether you’re finally about to arrive at work or are just about to leave the house, few things are more frustrating than realizing that your car is stuck in mud or snow, unable to gain the necessary traction for lift-off.

It can be a problem for any driver, even if you don’t plan to park outdoors. You just never know when you’re going to find yourself stuck, especially when headed somewhere new. Make sure you know how to prevent your car from getting stuck with these tips.

We recommend that you keep a lightweight yet strong shovel available in your trunk, as well as some sort of tarp or mat that you can hopefully use to free your vehicle. It’s also a good idea to consider snow tires or snow chains, which can prepare you ahead of time and hopefully prevent your car from getting stuck in the first place.

Whatever you do – don’t strain yourself and risk injury by trying to push the car, and when in doubt, call a professional! Learn more at Lancaster Nissan of Lancaster, PA.

Nissan is already known worldwide for their bold, consistently reliable automobiles, and now the automaker has added another product to their lineup, by creating the first ever seven-seat bobsleigh.

The Nissan seven-seat bobsleigh was inspired by the seven-seat X-Trail SUV, which goes by the Nissan Rogue in U.S. markets. Fittingly, the bobsleigh is being called the X-Trail Bobsleigh, after the vehicle.

The model made its first ever run at an Austrians Olympic track, led by British Olympic medalist Sean Olsson. A video of the historic moment can be watched here, thanks to Nissan Europe’s YouTube channel.

Though it takes some time to get there, the X-Trail Bobsleigh can eventually reach speeds of up to 65 mph, without an engine. This carefully crafted machine can get there based purely on gravity.

Check out the Nissan seven-seat bobsleigh, and let us know what you think! And of course, if you’re in the market for a new, regular automobile, visit us anytime at Lancaster Nissan of Lancaster, PA.
